Book of Aionism, Part 2, Section 1, Chapter 3 — Personal Experience
I have personally experienced the light of Aion in this life through spiritual practices; and I know the light of Aion by observing its opposite darkness of the modern managerial state
Observation of Nature shows there is a Natural Law which compels energy to Struggle to attain Equilibrium.
Observation of World Religions shows ancient teachings of great leaders provided the beliefs and practices to bring our Souls out of Struggle and into the Equilibrium / Heaven / Nirvana of Spirit.
Observation of my own Personal Experience affirms what those religious teachers taught, and proves to me that there is a way to reach spiritual equilibrium in this life.
The most important personal experience I have had has come through Meditation.
Meditation
Exercise your mind as thoroughly as possible knowing it is only an exercise. Savor the inputs from every sense. Tote the memories in your travel bag.
Meditation is the meat and potatoes on the plate of spiritual nourishment. It is a requirement of enlightenment. No one can attain the full flower and fruit at the end of spiritual germination without it. Because if, as the great spiritual traditions taught, Heaven is the full embrace of every enchanted moment, then what could me more important than training oneself to tune into the present moment?
That’s all meditation is. Training your mind, disciplining your consciousness, practicing, honing, developing a mindset. Remember, that is what nirvana is – a frame of mind, a state of being.
My experience with meditation is strongly positive – it is, in fact, what I owe my entire belief system to. If I had not discovered meditation, I would not have discovered books, authors, articles, and other intellectual knowledge to build my modern worldview. It is because of what I learned* when I practiced meditation, that I started on the spiritual journey which brought me here to you today.
* When you meditate, you do not “learn” Intellectual Knowledge (think of this as something you can recite from memory, like a mathematical theorem). Instead, you “learn” a Spiritual Knowledge, which is a state of being, an experience (this is not something you can recite, like a fact about a nation’s capital). This is something you can only attempt to describe, and while metaphors are not capable of fully describing this kind of knowledge, they seem to do the best job. It is like how you can learn that an oven is hot by hearing your father tell you it is so; or, you can learn that an oven is hot by touching the hot coil. Which knowledge will you retain longer? Which knowledge has more power?
Meditation is exercise for your brain like weight training is exercise for your arms and legs. You gain more strength in your ability to control the functions over time. Like exercise, it takes a lot of time before you realize the results of your practice. It may take 6 months to a year before you realize the benefits.
What are the benefits?
You learn that attitude is a choice. You realize that happiness comes from within, and nothing external like a relationship or a material thing. “I can actually control my thoughts, and I can control how I react to my thoughts … My attitude is completely up to my own conscious choice.” Nothing is more liberating than this realization. But you have to experience it! You can’t just recite it as a mantra for it to come true to your own spirit.
The other benefit, of course, is that your mind is trained to step into the present moment, and live by way of instinct and Will. If your thoughts and body have been purified, if your subconscious has been trained by your conscious, then your Will will become a powerful force of light, and you just relax, let go, and observe the light show. You are a Watcher as life unfolds before you.
How to meditate: First, before you do anything, just pause and imagine that you are old and sick and struggling to breathe. All you will want at that point in life is to be young and able to breathe easy. Imagine suddenly being cured, and realizing how sweet that uninhibited deep breath feels. It is like golden light that you are drawing in through your nostrils, down deep into your lungs. You can feel electricity tingle from your tailbone to the tip of your skull when you get a good deep breath into your belly, and when you focus on relaxing as you exhale. Now that you have isolated that one, great feeling, do it over and over for 10-20 minutes. 10-20 minutes per day, sit quietly and comfortably, focus on your breath. Inhale deep, and focus on the relaxants melting up into your skull as you exhale. To reach a state of constant relaxation, to be able to access that state effortlessly ("happily for ever after") — that is a mark of enlightenment. Meditation is merely tapping into that state for 15 minutes, teaching your consciousness how to enter. It is as if you are drawing from a well, or are a battery getting charged, by each and every deep, deliberate, relaxing breath. You are simply being, and in doing so, you become Being. Thoughts creep in like clouds over a blue sky, but you practice seeing them and letting them go in this time, and returning to the blue, the silence. In this way, you slowly learn how to let go of your thoughts; as opposed to those thoughts grabbing hold of you and guiding your emotions. 10-20 minutes per day focusing on breath, letting go of thoughts, and relaxing.
Repeat.
Throughout this process, thoughts will undoubtedly creep into your mind. You will lose focus on your breath. It happens. It's natural. When it happens, you may feel a sort of regret that you've failed, or anxiety that you're not doing it right. This is important: those feelings are natural, and you have every right to ignore them completely (in fact, that's the point: you learn to observe thoughts creep in, and you learn to let them go, and you also learn to regulate the emotions you get when the thoughts creep in and when you let them go). Just return your focus to your deep, deliberate breathing. That's all.
Repeat.
You may want to set a timer for 10 minutes. Respect the timer. Finish your session. Go on with your day.
Do it again tomorrow, and again every day, moving forward.
You'll notice you feel refreshed and recharged afterwards. You can start to expand from 10 to 15 to 20 minutes after you've done this enough.
You are exercising a muscle (your brain), and it is growing in strength (ability to tune out of your thinking and tune into the present moment). You are gaining the ability to not only quiet your thoughts, but you are gaining the ability to control your emotions as well. You're gaining this ability through repetition, which is the same way that guitar players get good at guitar, or that swimmers get good at swimming – repetition, repetition, repetition.
There are other ways to meditate. Instead of focusing on breath, you can focus on the silence around you. You'll notice you can hear the air conditioner running, a car turning the corner outside, a bird chirping, but that's OK, in fact that's good – those sensations which you'd normally completely tune out because you are trapped in your thoughts in your skull, you can actually feel/hear those sensations now. Some monks in the Himalayans would say, "when you meditate this way, you don't feel the cold, you become the cold".
The lesson that you learn (the muscles you develop) will stay with you, even if your practice falls off. Once you have touched the hot stove, you always remember the lesson. You will not get mentally flustered easily. I know that when negative thoughts rise unbidden, that I can let them go, and any of their echoes (in the form of emotions), I know I can also let go. What was created by shadows can return to shadows. My mind is a lamp.
I remember one day, I was sitting for at least 30 minutes, and my consciousness moved from my breath to the room around me. I felt the air, the birds chirping outside, and it was as if the barrier of my skin dissolved, and my consciousness became the room around me. It was as if I were a lamp that both shined and saw simultaneously. My being was no longer centered in my skull, my being expanded for those few moments. It felt electric, yet empty. Afterwards, my body was completely recharged, and I walked with levity that day.
There are other forms of meditation you should be aware of – if not to practice them, at least to know about them, because it is important to see that many other great spiritual traditions in the world venerate the same kind of practices of balancing one’s spiritual energy through exercising intense mindfulness.
Qigong
Qigong is an Asian practice that involves coordinated breathing, movement, and awareness. It is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (life-force, energy), which appears to be an Asian interpretation of the Aion spirit within us. With roots in traditional Chinese medicine, philosophy and martial arts, qigong is now practiced worldwide for exercise, healing, meditation, and training for martial arts. Typically a qigong practice involves rhythmic breathing, slow and stylized movement, a mindful state, and visualization of guiding qi within you.
Kundalini
Kundalini is an Indian term, it means ‘coiled snake’, and it refers to the coiled energy at the base of your spine, which, through meditation, an enlightened one might uncoil and bring up into their skull. It is a belief and a practice, that there is a subtle energy which flows from the tip of your spine to the top of your head. Like water may be pumped from a well, it may be drawn from Spirit. But this is a golden liquid, and one does not thirst again after drinking it. It is said that only after many years of intense meditation practice, the practitioner may experience Kundalini as an internal, electricity-like feeling of spiritual ecstasy, similar to drug that is locked within us, which one can learn to unlock. In all my studies and experience, this is the closest thing to real heaven-on-earth I have ever known; true ecstasy, a true life-altering experience with the divine light.
Intentional Joyfulness
Spiritual Wisdom is direct, experiential knowledge of the Divine.
And, it is said, the surest sign of Wisdom is constant cheerfulness.
Once you learn (via meditation) that attitude is a choice, you can begin to choose happiness, all the time. Call it “seeing the glass half full”, but once you realize that you get to choose how you see the glass – that is part of enlightenment!
If, through months of meditation, you have learned to regulate your emotions, you will find peace and contentment to be your default state. Though your belly may grumble with hunger, or your tongue may whine for thirst, you experience them as rashes on skin - that is to say, they are only on the surface. Your emotions are unaffected. THIS is what Jesus means when he talks about the Bread and Water of Life. Constant, endless, spiritual nourishment, which will last longer than any bread or water which nourishes our bodies. We may suffer physical or financial strife, but our emotional/spiritual reaction to it is our own choice.
Aions and Demons
My family took a trip to a cabin in the woods years ago, and as we sat on the patio, my mother said, “I can’t believe that this kind of peace and quiet actually exists in the world.” And I said, “Mom, this peace and quiet is everywhere. This world just makes it so hard to focus on.”
And isn’t it so, that it seems as if the modern world is designed to constantly keep us away from the state of spiritual peace? To keep us away from presence with distractions and desires and endless struggle? I don’t think the devil could have designed a more perfectly evil world if he tried, than the modern civilization we have currently inherited.
The second greatest argument for the existence of a God (after direct experience with it), is the absolute certainty that Demon spirits walk this earth. How dim is the world of the enemy! One has only to look with their own eyes to see. And in doing so, the light becomes evident by contrast.
At the very foundation of our modern, global civilization, is a lie of a premise: the assumption of unlimited growth. But as population growth (and with it, economic growth) slows, more and more of us are left with less and less. The bifurcation of wealth has strangled too many of us, and governments have grown too corrupt and dishonest to reform the systems. Wealthy interest always seems to beat “the common good”. It’s as if humanity drinks from a fountain, but the flow of water is growing smaller.
To the Leviathan, man is a cog in the State, which is a cog in the International Order, which will someday be a cog in a Galactic order; but to the Aionist, man is the endpoint of evolution where God is realized. Natural Law organized energy into atoms, into elements, into cells, into organisms, into MAN. BUT MAN is the END, his CONSCIOUSNESS is the GOAL of evolution. Demons subjugate man to Organize further into a Global Technostate. They push too far. Free Man is the creator’s goal.
Have you ever noticed how there is no soul in Modern Architecture? An Aionist builds a church as a magnificent cathedral with spires and ornamentation, a true creative expression of God and freedom; but a Modernist builds a church as a cement block. To the Beast, Man and his creations are utilitarian bricks in a grand, organized, symmetrical, pyramid of a higher societal order; but to God, Man and his creations are the great pyramids, the endpoint, the goal.
And so, yes, the modern managerial state is a failure. The international neoliberal managerial state … it isn’t failing, it has already failed. The global civilization that we’ve built, our forms of government and media, have proven to me, that not only is this state not the answer, it is the enemy. If you look at the realities of today, it is clear that the modern, international, neoliberal regime has already failed spectacularly.
Let me count the ways:
Physical, financial, social, intellectual, and sexual health of the average man is at historic lows.
Physically – modern man is losing his strength and will
Average grip strength in men has declined 20% in the last 20 years.
Average testosterone levels have declined 25% in 15 years.
Financially – there has never been a higher financial hurdle to starting a family and owning a home in the West; these two things are the markers of middle class life
House price growth has far outpaced wage growth.
Student Loan interest 3x principle
Runaway medical costs in much of the West
Runaway tax scheme in much of the West
Socially – Poverty, homelessness, suicide rates are all increasing. We spend less time with our neighbors and volunteering in our communities, it seems.
Intellectually – Studies suggest modern man is becoming less intelligent due to media distractions, deteriorating school systems and cultures, and the lack of fathers in the home to keep children on track in their studies. We have more degrees but less intelligence than ever.
Sexually - Between 2000-2002 and 2016-2018, past-year sexual inactivity rose from almost 19 percent to almost 31 percent among men ages 18 to 24, according to research. Fewer alpha men are having a greater share of all sex in the age of birth control and tinder.
The family unit has been destroyed
Today, for the first time since the statistic has been recorded, 50.1% of women are CHILDLESS at 30. Compare this to women born in 1970, 57% had kids at 30; and to women born in 1950: 76% had kids at 30. This is a trend of utter failure.
Living arrangements of 25-34 year olds in the USA: 82.7% lived with a spouse in 1967, only 37.5% do today
Gender Ideology is destroying children. We can confidently say that it is an unqualified good to stop introducing sexual chaos into the minds of children, and so we can see the clear presence of demons at work when they do the opposite:
Teen depression is at all-time highs and accelerating.
Children get sex changes.
There exists kindergarten sexual education.
Liberal Party platforms of the west explicitly affirm their support for introducing sexual chaos into the minds of children.
Cult of Sex and Race has overtaken our intellectual institutions, which is spreading into workplaces everywhere.
School districts encourage teachers to take race into account when administering punishments
Untold millions of federal dollars go towards diversity-equity-and-inclusion grifters.
Intellectual institutions (Media) print heinous, racist articles, such as: “Having White Children Perpetuates White Supremacy” — that this has even become acceptable discourse is appalling and unforgivable. Good people cannot coexist with those who tolerate this kind of media.
Strong men are being purged from militaries, as ESG and DEI are being promoted. E.g.: The US Army approved reduced physical fitness standards for women and older soldiers
Ghislaine Maxwell was found guilty of trafficking children and not a single client was arrested
Rampant, cancerous, administrative waste of public resources in Western nations. E.g., Texas spent 20k fighting a prisoner’s case instead of giving him a cotton blanket (he was allergic to prison blankets)
If global warming science is to be believed, we are past the point of no return where severe warming will cause upheaval. We cannot have our current luxuries and also a sustainable environment. Our standard of living will need to continue to deteriorate dramatically until we are as bees in a hive if we are to keep this modern state. That is failure.
Most of our amenities are the product of slave labor from China or third world countries. We don’t see them out in the fields in our yards and so we don’t think ourselves akin to civil war era southerners, but that’s just a trick the media and our minds play on us. That is failure.
The United States military has terrorized innocent civilians in the Middle East. Our tax dollars have paid for drone strikes on a wedding in Syria. That is failure.
Government agencies are spying on us.
Intelligence agencies staged a practical coup of the US Presidency by promoting the Steele dossier while covering up the Hunter Biden laptop. Mass State and Mass Media conspired to influence the election in favor of their preferred globalist candidate.
Democracy no longer functions: Liberals attempt to allow non-citizens to vote. Conservatives attempt to stack electoral college voters.
The sitting President of the United States declared that the tech companies must enforce its ability to remove dissent from the public square
For-profit prisons exist
Remington was successfully sued for $73m for an ad that they argued lead to Sandy Hook
Etc, etc, etc…
Humans evolved over hundreds of thousands of years as a tribal species – as social animals. Need for community is hardwired into our lower brains. The modern Managerial State tricked this impulse. It replaced extended family and local community with the Mass State as The Subconscious Tribe. Modern Man has been hypnotized, intentionally reprogrammed via Mass Media and Education. Local and voluntary communion is natural and good. Compulsory communion via Mass Organizations is a brand-new phenomenon in our evolution. They want it to be the norm. We survive by belonging to highly cooperative groups that share labor. For thousands of years the groups were culturally homogenous, and high trust share you knew every member. Modernity is the opposite, and it is a failing experiment in group dynamics.
Now, the demons target our children: they teach CRT to make impressionable children feel shame, then they follow it with Gender Ideology to offer them new status and pride afterwards. They are breeding revolutionaries with this intentional one-two punch. How are you supposed to defeat enemies like these? Europeans conquered Indians with guns and steel and Indians had no way to beat them because they couldn’t compete with those weapons. it seems like we don’t have the weapons to defeat these Demons, and Aionist values will be extinguished just the same as the Native American way of life was. I know I will do everything I can to prevent my children from falling prey. But enough American children are going to reach a critical mass and in 20-30 years — will it matter what I did with my family, or will they have taken over the country with their numbers? You may want to buy land and escape, but the side that wants to win will always beat the side that wants to be left alone. So, how do we fight back? How do we win???
More on that in Part 3, Aionist Ethics.
But first…
